Effects of this medicine

This medicine suppresses sweating by inhibiting cholinergic action of muscarinic receptors in Eccrine sweat glands.
It is usually used to treat hyperhidrosis of armpits.

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

  • If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines. If you have glaucoma or prostatic hypertrophy.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

  • In general, apply an appropriate amount of this medicine to the armpits once a day. Strictly follow the instructions.
  • When applying, pay attention not to let the medicine get in your eyes. If it accidentally gets in your eyes, wash out with water throughly and immediately.
  • Apply one push of this medicine to each armpits with an applicator.
  • Do not apply this medicine by directly dispensing to your hands. If it sticks to your hands, wash it out immediately.
  • As this medicine contains an inflammable liquid, keep it away from fire when applying.
  • If you miss a dose, apply the missed dose when you remember. You should not apply two doses at one time.
  • If you accidentally apply more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
  • Do not stop applying this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include dermatitis, erythema, itching and eczema. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
