Effects of this medicine

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

• If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
  If you have: aphakic eye or pseudophakic eye, intraocular inflammation (iritis, uveitis), possibly herpesvirus infection, bronchial asthma or history of bronchial asthma.
  If you wear contact lenses.

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

• Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is ((        to be written by a healthcare professional))

• In general, apply 1 drop at a time, once daily. Strictly follow the instructions. Do not apply more than once daily since the effect of the medicine to lower intraocular pressure may be diminished if you apply the medicine frequently.
• Before applying, wash your hands with soap and water. As a general rule, apply this medicine with the head tilted back and apply the medicine so the tip of eye dropper does not touch the surface of your eye. After applying, close your eyes for 1 to 5 minutes, pressing gently on the inner corner of the eye with your finger.
• If the medicine is attached around the eye after applying, wipe it off immediately with wet gauze or tissue, or wash the face with the eyes closed. Any attached medicine around the eye may cause darkening around the eye, or lengthening and thickening of eyelashes.
• If you need to apply other eye drops at the same time, wait more than 5 minutes.
• If you are wearing contact lenses, take off the contact lenses before applying the medicine. Wait more than 15 minutes to wear contact lenses again. (It might lead contact lenses to discoloration).

• If you miss a dose before the end of the day, apply 1 drop immediately. If you noticed it on the next day, do not apply the previous day' s dose, and apply 1 drop once a day. You should not use either two drops at one time or twice a day.

• If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

• Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Precautions while taking this medicine

• Applying the medicine may cause iris pigmentation, followed by gradual increase of the symptom. The symptom may stop after withdrawal of the medicine, but there may be difference in color tone compared to the other eye without medicine treatment. If you become aware of it, check with your doctor.
• Blurred vision may occur temporarily after applying the medicine. Avoid driving a car or operating machinery until recovering from the symptom.

Possible adverse reactions to this medicine

Storage conditions and other information

• 2.5 mL of the solution is dispensed in a 5 mL bottle originally.
• Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight.
• Store at 2 to 8 ℃ before opening and at room temperature (1 to 30 ℃) after opening.
• Do not use any medicine that has been stored for more than 4 weeks after opening.
• Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
• To avoid improper use and quality loss, do not transfer this solution to any other bottle or container.
• Do not use any other solution in this bottle.
