Effects of this medicine

This medicine is a quinolone antibacterial agent for topical use. It exerts a bactericidal effect by inhibiting bacterial DNA replication.
It is usually used to treat superficial infection of the skin and acne with suppurative inflammation.

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

  • If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

  • In general, apply an adequate amount to the affected area once a day. For acne, apply to affected area after washing your face. Strictly follow the instructions.

  • If you miss a dose, apply the missed dose as soon as you remember. You should not apply twice a day or apply two doses at one time.
