Effects of this medicine

This medicine have a blood coagulation inhibiting effect due to effect suppressing of fibrinogen, high moisture retention by strong water absorption ability of acid-mucopolysaccharide and anti-inflammatory effect due to activity suppressing of protein degrading enzyme or hyaluronidase with enhancement of topical blood circulation or lymph flow.
It is usually used to treat and prevent thrombophlebitis (including hemorrhoid), pain and inflammatory disease (induration and pain after injection) caused by circulation disorder, chilblain and hypertrophic scar/keloid. It is usually used to treat progressive keratoderma of finger and palm, asteatosis, swelling/hematoma/tenosynovitis/muscle pain/arthritis after injury (bruise, sprain, contusion) and muscular torticollis (infancy).

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

  • If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
    If you have hemorrhagic blood disease (hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, purpura, etc.).
    If you are suspected to fall into a serious condition from a small amount of bleeding.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

  • In general, spray appropriate amount to the affected area, once to several times a day. Strictly follow the instructions.
  • Avoid spraying directly to ulcer or erosion.
  • Not for ophthalmic use.
  • Not to be used into the nostril.
  • Pay attention when using to the affected area such as face or head where there is a possibility of inhaling this medicine.
  • If you miss a dose, spray a dose as soon as possible when you noticed. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should not spray two doses at one time.
  • If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
  • Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Possible adverse reactions to this medicine

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include skin stimulating feeling, dermatitis, itch, redness, rash, flush and purpura. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
